Lineage Practice Group

Lineage Practice Group is an opportunity for students, practitioners, and curious minds to come together to practice a kind heart, devotion, listening, the Three Supreme Methods, taming our own minds, the Four Noble Truths, emptiness, refuge in the Three Jewels… it is up to you to set your intention and motivation. My motivation is to cultivate bodhicitta and devotion. From the Dzogchen Lineage Transmission of Khenpo Sherab Sangpo:

It is said that:

When devotion is present, blessings are present.

When blessings are present, meditation experience and realization are present.

When we study and practice the Dzogchen Nyingma Lineage with these intentions, we will keep our practice fresh and enthusiastic and will receive blessings from the lineage to realize our aspirations accordingly.

Each week, we will start at 11am CT and the practice group will last about 90 minutes. We will begin with Opening Prayers and the Dzogchen Lineage Transmission of Khenpo Sherab Sangpo, study a teacher of the Dzogchen Nyingma Lineage, and conclude with Closing Prayers. Starting with Samantabhadra and ending with Khenpo Sherab Sangpo, we will study the biography of each lineage teacher in a systematic way, in the order of the prayer.

Please join us as you wish and as you are able.

Samantabhadra Prayer Group

Please join us for an online group meditation of the Samantabhadra Prayer. The evenings of this practice will vary throughout the months, with the dates defined on the calendar. Khenpo Sherab Sangpo has defined for us auspicious dates for the recitation of this prayer. The calendar will show the days for our practice, and a brief description of why the date is auspicious. This practice will be open to all levels of meditators. The necessary texts will be shared during each meditation for all to follow along. The practice is succinct, with Opening Prayers, the Samantabhadra Prayer, a 10 minute meditation, and Closing Prayers.
