May Retreat Registration
The topic for our residential retreat from May 26-28, 2023, will be on The Brightly Shining Sun. This text by Patrül Rinpoché is a step-by-step guide to meditating on A Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life by Shantideva. We will perform the flower offering ritual (Metok Chöpa) as part of our retreat and students will have the opportunity to take and renew their refuge and bodhisattva vows.
Open to all who wish to practice meditation and to cultivate bodhicitta to benefit all living beings.

SHANTIDEVA STUDY GROUPKhenpo Sherab Sangpo is teaching on A Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life by Shantideva from now through May 2023. This foundational text of Mahāyāna Buddhism is a guide to cultivating bodhicitta and the six pāramitās of generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditative concentration, and wisdom. Our Shantideva study group will be using the same study resources that Khenpo Sherab Sangpo is citing in his online teachings. The group meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 PM US CST. If you are interested in joining this study group, please email the facilitator, Ed Colón, at [email protected].
April Public Retreat
The topic for the retreat on April 15, 2023, will be on Advice for a Dying Practitioner by Dodrupchen Jigmé Tenpé Nyima. Both the English version and Tibetan version of this text can be found on Lotsawa House.

White Tara Group
Please join us for online group meditation starting at 10 AM every two weeks on Saturdays. Our White Tara practice usually lasts one hour and thirty minutes—with rotating students volunteering to read each part of our group practice text. These bi-monthly practice sessions are open to all levels of meditators. If you don’t know how to practice White Tara, we will provide you with all the necessary practice texts and instructions during your first Zoom session. Suggested donation: $15.

Practice Interviews with Khenpo Sherab Sangpo
Khenpo Sherab Sangpo is available ongoing for practice interviews with students who are studying their preliminary practices and dzogchen under his guidance and for those who would like to start their practice of the 37 Stages of Instructions curriculum.
How to schedule your first practice Interview:
Please contact Teachings Coordinator, Kate Thomas, to make arrangements to begin your preliminary practices under the guidance of Khenpo Sherab Sangpo—as she will assist you in arranging your first practice interview with him. After that, you will schedule your own ongoing practice interviews directly with Khen Rinpoché.
