The 2024-2025 teaching cycle concluded with a meaningful and beautiful May Retreat held in Minnesota. Khenpo Sherab Sangpo offered teachings on The Thirty-Seven Practices of Bodhisattvas by Ngulchu Thokmé (Gyalse Tokme Zangpo). This text provides profound guidance on how to train the mind in generating bodhicitta, the heart practices of the bodhisattvas on the Mahāyāna path of enlightenment.

In addition to receiving these precious teachings, the flower offering ritual from the Chöjuk Metok was performed, which included reciting from A Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life by Shantideva. As part of the ritual, flower arrangements of all kinds were offered, completely covered the shrine in color and fragrance. It was an incredible backdrop for these profound teachings on bodhicitta.
