Join us for a two-day retreat of essential Buddhist teachings and guided meditation directly from Khenpo Sherab Sangpo. The retreat will be hosted in the peaceful and inspiring setting of Lerab Ling, in the south of France.
This retreat is open to all practitioners and offers an opportunity to deepen understanding, cultivate presence, open the heart, and connect with the sangha in a supportive environment.

- Friday (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM): Participants may arrive early for registration
- Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM): Teachings with Khenpo Sherab Sangpo
- Sunday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM): Teachings with Khenpo Sherab Sangpo

Accommodation: Accommodation and meals are optionally available through Lerab Ling. Participants will receive a link after registration, where they may choose an accommodation type and arrange transportation from Montpellier if desired. Options are available to preview on Lerab Ling’s website.
Participants may also choose to stay off-site.
Parking: A large free car park is available at the entrance to the site.
Items to bring: It can be a little cold in October, make sure to bring some warm clothes.
