In this video, Khenpo Sherab Sangpo, a Tibetan Buddhist monk and teacher at Bodhicitta Sangha | Heart of Enlightenment Institute, instructs his students in a guided meditation that uses a three-stage breath to focus the mind and bring awareness of the nature of mind. This is a gentle meditation technique that is quite profound in that one can practice the union of shamatha and vipashyana while meditating on it.
