Khenpo Sherab Sangpo led a retreat on The Four Thoughts in Canada from September 25–27, 2026.
The Four Thoughts help us bring Dharma practice into everyday life. Through these reflections, we learn to appreciate our lives, use our time wisely, make better choices, and let go of unnecessary attachment. These contemplations remind us what truly matters and inspire us to practice the Dharma with genuine motivation.
Additionally Khenpo Sherab Sangpo provided guidance on taking refuge which is also available on YouTube. Taking refuge in the Three Jewels—the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha—is the foundation of the Buddhist path. By taking refuge vows, we make a sincere commitment to follow the Buddha as our guide, practice the Dharma as the path, and rely on the Sangha as our spiritual community. Refuge gives our life and practice a clear direction, helping us cultivate wisdom, compassion, and a genuine wish for liberation.
