What: Sunday Meditation Teachings and Guided Meditation
Where: Tergar Meditation Center, 706 North 1st Street, Suite 112, Minneapolis, MN 55401
Practice: We will do opening prayers and chant the Heart Sutra together. There will be two periods of 20-minute meditation and a short teaching between meditation sessions. Then we will do closing prayers and dedicate the merit. While Khenpo Sherab Sangpo is in Asia, we will have guest teachers and Khenpo Sherab Sangpo’s teaching assistants who lead the practice. Khenpo Sherab Sangpo will resume teachings at Tergar Meditation Center on Sunday, November 10, 2013,
